Lauren is the Member Experience Manager at Kodeco, making sure everyone who signs up for our service can enjoy all aspects of their membership. She absolutely loves to chat with members about their experiences and is always around the inbox or chat queue when you need a hand. When she's not logging hours for the team, she's typically found in the gym, cooking, or outdoors enjoying the notorious Michigan weather.
